Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting this ministry and the resources made available through this website. Every book and audiobook offered here has been prayerfully prepared with the desire to encourage biblical understanding, strengthen believers, and serve pastors, churches, students, and readers around the world.
Because our store currently offers primarily digital audiobooks and, in the future, printed books, our refund policy has been written specifically for these products.
Digital Audiobook Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, all audiobook downloads are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and the download has been delivered.
Because digital files cannot be returned after they have been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made in error, change of mind, or completed downloads.
However, if you experience any technical problems preventing you from accessing your audiobook, we are committed to helping you. If your download link does not function correctly, your files are incomplete, or you experience another technical issue related to your purchase, please contact us. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem or provide a replacement download where appropriate.
Our goal is to ensure every customer successfully receives the resource they have purchased.
Printed Books
As printed editions become available through this website, we want every customer to receive their order in excellent condition.
If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect title, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will gladly arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order confirmation or receipt.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photographs showing any damage or shipping concerns, if applicable.
Books that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution or payment provider to complete the refund process, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only when a printed book has been received damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Digital audiobook downloads cannot be exchanged once they have been delivered unless a verified technical problem prevents access to the purchased files.
